The Gentleman Rabbit stands upright in a proud, relaxed pose, leaning casually against a richly textured sculpted tree stump in warm amber-brown with naturalistic bark detail, climbing ivy leaves in green and gold, and a hollow knothole. He is dressed in a complete Victorian garden ensemble of exceptional detail:

• A forest green tailcoat with deeply ribbed texture and pink-edged lapels, the tails falling behind him
• A blue and white pinstripe waistcoat with a blue and pink diamond harlequin trim border at the hem, silver button detail, and a pink sash at the waist
• A pink bow tie with a floral center at the collar
• Crisp white pinstripe breeches with pink piping, tucked into tall black boots

In his right paw he holds a painted Easter egg in orange and blue, and in his left paw a loose bouquet of white and pink roses with green leaves. His tawny golden-brown face is alert and dignified, with luminous dark eyes and tall upright ears.
