Santa is rendered in a sweeping crimson robe embroidered with intricate gold snowflake medallions, swirling green holly vines, and white fur trim — his face serene and wise beneath a fur-trimmed hat adorned with a red bell and green holly sprig. Over his shoulder he carries a large quilted golden toy sack overflowing with Christmas treasures: a rocking horse, a teddy bear, a sailboat, a nutcracker doll, and a wrapped gift box.
